Who sees my information?
The organizer you buy from sees your order and contact details. Stripe handles your card. Other organizers don't see you.
| Who | What they see |
|---|---|
| The organizer you bought from | Your name, email, phone number if you gave one, what you bought, and when you were checked in |
| Their door staff | Your ticket and check-in, to let you in |
| Stripe | Your card details, to take the payment |
| Us | Your order, your account, and check-ins. Never your full card number. |
| Other organizers | Nothing. We don't share or sell one organizer's fans to another. |
Following organizers
If you follow an organizer, they see how many followers they have, not who they are. Only you can see your list.
Visiting event pages
We count page visits and where they came from, like a link in a post. Organizers see totals, not names.
