Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, and we'll email you a link to choose a new one.

1. Tap Forgot password?
2. Type your email and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the email and tap the link.
4. Type a new password and tap Set new password.

Password rules

• At least 12 characters, and at most 72.
• Not based on your email or name.
• Not one that has shown up in a data breach.

The email didn't come

• Check spam and promotions.
• Make sure you typed the email you signed up with. For privacy, the screen looks the same whether or not that address has an account.

"Link expired"

Links work once and only for a short time. Tap Send me a new link.

You don't have a password with us. Use Continue with Apple or Continue with Google instead.
