Stop texts or emails from an organizer

To stop texts, reply STOP to any text. Texts only come if you ticked Text me day-of updates when you bought.

Texts

• Reply STOP to any event text. You won't get more.
• Texts are only about the event you bought for: reminders and door changes.

Emails

Some emails are part of your order and always come:

• your tickets and receipt,
• refund notices,
• changes to an event you have tickets for.

Event reminders are optional. In the app, turn off Event reminders in your notification settings.

We don't email you about a different organizer's events because you bought from one.

Marketing from the organizer

If an organizer emails you from their own mailing list, use the unsubscribe link in their email, or ask them to remove you.

Stop everything

Deleting your account removes your email and phone number and cancels any messages we haven't sent. See Delete my account.
