How do I use a promo code?

Type the code at checkout, before you pay.

1. Pick your tickets.
2. Tap Have a promo code?, type the code and tap Apply.
3. Your code shows as a chip with Remove beside it. Before you pay you'll see Tickets, Discount with your code, Service fee and Total.

Things to know

• One code per order.
• A code can be limited to some ticket types, to a number of tickets per order, or to certain dates. If it only covers some of your tickets, the page says how many, and the rest are full price.
• The service fee is worked out on the discounted price.
• The total you see is the total you pay.
• If a code makes your tickets free, the total is zero and the button reads Get tickets. Free tickets count toward the limit of 10 free tickets per person per event per day. See Why can I only get 10 free tickets?

If the code doesn't work

The message tells you why:

• "That code isn't valid for this event."
• "That code isn't active yet."
• "That code has expired."
• "That code has been fully used."
• "That code is no longer available."
• "That code doesn't apply to the tickets you picked."
• "Too many tries. Wait a few minutes and try again."

You can always buy at full price instead.

If a code stops working between applying it and paying, you'll see "Your code can no longer be used. Remove it to continue at full price." Tap Remove to carry on. Nothing is charged until you do.
