I was charged twice

First check whether you placed two orders, or whether one of the charges is only a pending hold.

Pending hold

If a payment failed and you tried again, your bank may show a pending charge for the failed try. That's a hold, not a payment. It usually drops off within a few days.

Two orders

Search your email for "You're in". Each order sends its own email with its own order number.

• One email: you have one order. The second line on your statement is likely a pending hold. Wait a few days.
• Two emails: you placed two orders and you hold both sets of tickets. Refunds are up to the organizer, so contact the organizer and ask them to refund the order you don't want.
