What is this charge on my card statement?
The charge usually shows the name of the organizer who ran the event, not our name.
When you buy a ticket, you pay the organizer directly through Stripe. The organizer chooses the name that appears on statements, so it may be the venue, the promoter's company or a short version of either.
Match it to an order
- Search your email for "You're in". That's your ticket email.
- Compare the Total paid in that email with the amount on your statement.
- The email also shows the event, the date and your order number.
The amount is the ticket price plus the service fee, in one charge.
