My payout is late, missing or held back. What do I do?
First check Money and Settings → Payouts. Most late payouts are one of the reasons below, and the page tells you which.
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Payout shows On the way | Stripe has sent it. Banks usually take a few days. | Wait for the date shown. |
| First sale was under 2 weeks ago | Stripe's first payout usually takes 7 to 14 days. | Wait. |
| Stripe needs one thing | Stripe wants more information before it pays you. | The owner taps Finish with Stripe and sends it. |
| A payout shows Failed | It didn't reach your bank. | Update your bank in Stripe. See Change your bank. |
| Payouts off | Your Stripe setup isn't finished, or Stripe turned payouts off. | Open Settings → Payouts and follow the card. |
| Schedule says manual | Stripe only pays when you send it. | Send a payout from your Stripe dashboard. |
Stripe can hold money back
Stripe can keep part of your money until your event has happened. This is called a reserve. Stripe decides it, not us, and we can't lift it. Your Stripe dashboard shows any reserve and when it's due to be released.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds come out of your Stripe balance. If the balance is short, Stripe takes the difference from your next payouts, so a payout can be smaller than your sales.
Still stuck
Open your Stripe dashboard with Open Stripe ↗ and check the payout there. For a failed payout, tap Contact support on the Money page, or email support@daytona-lab.com with your organization name and the payout date.
