How do I sell tickets on my own website?
Paste one line of code into your website and a ticket box for your event appears there. Fans pick their tickets in the box and finish paying on your event page.
Who can do this
The event has to be published. The owner and admins can get the code.
Get the code
- Go to Settings → Embed.
- Under Event, choose the event.
- Tap Copy code.
- Paste it into your website where the tickets should appear. Most website builders have an "HTML" or "embed code" block for this.
You can also copy it from the event itself: open the event and tap Embed code on the Share card.
Things to know
- One code shows one event. For two events, paste two codes.
- Ticket types and prices come from the event, so a change you make in the dashboard shows up in the box by itself.
- Fans see the all-in price, with the 7% + $1 included, before they tap Get tickets.
- Tapping Get tickets opens your event page to pay.
- The box has one look. It can't be themed yet.
- The box is 420 pixels wide at most. To change that, add
data-encore-width="600px"(or another width) to the code.
