Telling people you earn from your link

Whenever you share your link in a way that recommends the event, say clearly that you earn a commission. The law requires it.

The words to use

I earn a commission on tickets sold through this link.

Your caption and QR flyer already include it. Keep it in.

Where to put it

• In the post itself, next to the link. Not hidden under "more".
• In videos and stories, say it out loud and put it on screen.
• On flyers, near the QR code. Our flyer does this for you.
• In messages, in the same message as the link.

What isn't enough

• A hashtag lost among others.
• A line in your bio, or only on a link-in-bio page.

If the platform has a paid-partnership label, use that too.
