What do I show at the door?
Show the QR code for your ticket on your phone. You don't need the app or a printout.
You can open it from:
- your ticket email (search "You're in"),
- the ticket page, from View ticket & QR in the email,
- Tickets in our app, if you bought while signed in,
- a wallet pass, if you saved one.
Each ticket lets in one person, once. If you have tickets for friends, each person needs their own QR.
If the QR won't load
Your ticket email also has a text code under "Or give this code at the door". Door staff can type it in.
Before you go
- Turn up your screen brightness.
- Open the ticket before you reach the front, in case the signal is weak.
- Take a screenshot of the QR as a backup.
